[Mich VHF UHF Society] PSK-31 on 144 MHz?

I'd be willing to give it a go once I get an antenna in the air and the
cables/adapters for the computer to the rig.  Probably sometime late spring.

Heck, I'd like to try WSPR on VHF+, but I think I need a more stable
oscillator.
