[Mich VHF UHF Society] PSK-31 on 144 MHz?

I tried WSPR on 144 MHz a couple of times with a ham in Canada, but 
neither of us heard anything.  I suspect that our oscillators were not 
stable enough. Carol KP4MD in California uses WSPR on both 144 and 432 
with pretty good success, but I know she uses a very stable oscillator. 
I see her posts on Facebook quite a bit.

Next time I'm in the shack, Dan, I'll look for you on the ON4KST site 
and we'll give it a try.
