[Mich VHF UHF Society] 1296.106 MHz beacon up (sorta)

Antenna is a Directive Systems 14-element looper at 42 feet pointed south
west.

Unfortunately I can't find the power cord to the Downeast 30 watt amp, so
that for a time it will be running only 1.5 watts.

Eventually this beacon will be moved to 1296.288 MHz.  Will inform.
