Thanks for jumping in. I also have a HP432A, but it of course does not read
the levels of interest: -33, -73, and -107 dBm. It does agree with the 0
dBm output of the XG3.

I can also read the XG3 on HF with my various SDRs (where it outputs
correctly), but the issue is on 2m.
