[Mich VHF UHF Society] 2 meter beacon

I think another active beacon in the Lower Peninsula of MI would be 
great! AFAIK, my beacon on 144.295 is the only active 2m beacon in the 
LP. I've never heard WI8Z, WB2LHP or W8VHF.
