[Mich VHF UHF Society] beacon signal report

Hello all.

I built a 6m half-wave loop and installed it on a temporary pole at 20ft. I
am curious to see whether it can be heard so if you could please listen to
50.081 CW and email me a signal report I would be very thankful.

The SWR curve and frequency of low SWR is almost spot on what was predicted
by EZNEC, but since it isn't a beam I cannot turn it to find nulls and see
if the pattern is also as predicted. Don't worry, this is only temporary
for testing purposes. I do not plan on putting up a 6m propagation beacon.

I'll leave it in beacon mode for the next few hours unless there is a 6m
opening to EU/AF, etc. then I'll turn it off and chase some DX. :-)
