Church was going until 1700Z, but I was on air by 1715Z-
Hrd AA5AM EM13 on 144.200 CW calling CQ many times, knew something was up, kept moving antenna toward FL or AZ NIL , but to my N/E @ 1716Z I hrd N8PUM EN66 MI on CW 144.200, worked him on SSB as sigs were good enuf-he peaked 5x7, but up & down. Then 1719Z N9DG EN53 WI on SSB was in 5x5 144.200. Those were only signals I worked.

I posted on ON4KST & on W6YX remailer E Mail group @ 1724Z that an E SKIP opening was in progress. And I saw in my E Mail box at 1526Z there was a WARNING posted about possible e skip on 144 MHZ.

Looking at ON4KST loger,I see the opening was going for maybe two hours prior to my contacts, but I was not home.

I am age 86, Per my log books, I have worked 144 MHZ E SKIP each year since 1968, & now I have 2021 E SKIP 144 mhz contacts made for this year.
