[Mich VHF UHF Society] KF8QL/B 10 GHz into EN70 VIA RS

I think due to the terrain along the state line & local obstructions I 
very rarely hear the KF8QL/B on 10 GHz. With so many good rain cells it 
was a pleasant surprise as I swung the dish to the north. Approx 225 km, 
2 images enclosed showing CW and maybe FSK?
