[Mich VHF UHF Society] 1296.286 684 beacon

 I originally programmed the SI570DDA synthesizer for 1296.288. As its
components aged, the beacon has slowly moved down to 1296.286 685.

I realize now that it was a bad idea to put both 144.288 and 1296.288
beacons on the
same kHz because I would like separation on my transverter panadapter to
examine each separately.

So, I am changing the 1296 beacon formally to *1296.286 *MHz,  (beamed SW).
After the components settle down I will net it in.

Presently, the 144 beacon is at 144.287 974
