[Mich VHF UHF Society] 23cm beacon

Any suggestions on a 23cm beacon frequency before I go and buy low power
beacon kit that I have found on eBay?

Location, if I decide to accept this assignment, would be at rough thirty
feet in grid square en82jg (Southfield and Did, Lincoln Park).
