CSVHFS members —

The 2017 Central States VHF Society Conference will take place in sunny Albuquerque, New Mexico on July 27-30 at the Sheraton Airport Airport hotel.  Online registration will open within days, now that some additional planning elements have come together, including a special and very fitting tour of the iconic NRAO Very Large Array (VLA).

Continuing the Conference's tradition of highlighting experimentation, research, design, and construction happening within the VHF/UHF/microwave community, the 2017 Central States VHF Society Conference is seeking presentations, posters, as well as Proceedings papers for this year’s event.

If you are interested in submitting a presentation or poster at this year’s Conference, please email us at presentations at rmham.org.  Guidance and important dates for presenters is provided on the 2017 CSVHFS Conference website at http://2017.csvhfs.org/index.php/guidance-documents/presenters.

If you are interested in providing a paper for this year’s Proceedings, please email us at proceedings at rmham.org.  You do not need to attend the Conference nor present at it for your paper to be published. Guidance and important dates for Proceedings authors is provided at http://2017.csvhfs.org/index.php/guidance-documents/authors.

Many details about this year’s CSVHFS Conference await you at http://2017.csvhfs.org, and we’ll send another note to this reflector once registration is opened.  Meantime, please mark your calendars for July 27-30, rally the VHF/UHF/microwave hams you know in your area and across the country, and plan to join us in sunny Albuquerque!

Thank you and 73,
Brian N5ZGT
2017 Central States VHF Society President
