[Mich VHF UHF Society] 1296.106 beacon up

Along with the permanent 144.288 beacon, I have just put up a 1296.106 MHz
beacon. The 1296.106 is a temporary 3 watts to an omni at 35 feet. I am
awaiting the Downeast 35-Watt amp kit and am building up a better signal
source.

This temp beacon is a repaired version of what ran at MSU for years.

The eventual 1296 beacon will be on 1296.206 running 30 watts.
