[Mich VHF UHF Society] 2015 ARRL September VHF contest posted in QST

I'm a bit skeptical that we qualify for the "Local Club" category. "8.4.3.3.
All members must reside and operate within 35 miles of the club's
designated center." I would think we should be listed as a Medium club,
with a territory of the MI section. Which would have put us at 13th or so
in that category?
