Bob,

There are 3 different formats for log submission - email of a 
Cabrillo-formatted electronic log, a paper log or the log info submitted 
by a web applet.  Details are here - section 6 of the rules.

On any of these, please indicate the ARRL affiliated club as "Michigan 
VHF-UHF Society"
