I only had a single contact this morning - Steve, KD9BGY, in Porter, IN
(111.5 miles). My rig is having some issues with drifting when I first
go into transmit mode, so it looks like I need to tear into my IC-746
and add some insulation, aka "Poor man's tcxo" per N0UK's suggestions
(http://www.chris.org/Modifications/IC-746-almost-free-tcxo.html). I
will keep doing this on Saturday mornings for a while. Thanks!
